Desde hoy y cada cierto tiempo iremos colgando sesiones de artistas del sello, amigos y cualquiera que nos mande una sesión especial o que nos guste.
Es un honor presentar la primera de estas sesiones a cargo de John Talabot, un engendro musical mezcla de disco, house, deep, ritmos africanos, distorsión y musica sucia.
John Talabot es el nuevo fichaje de Hivern. Nos complace editar la música de este artista del sampleo y bombo ya que la personalidad en sus temas nos ha llenado de alegría y esperanza. Su aparición en Hivern es inminente. Dentro de unos días sale a la venta una referencia digital (Hivern002) que incluirá un tema suyo -La Cabanya-, y la tercera referencia será un maxi de algunos de sus nuevos temas. A este maxi le seguirán remixes de varios artistas (con alguna sorpresa).
En esta sesión nos muestra sus influencias juntándolo todo en un trayecto único. Temas de ayer, de hoy, edits, italo, disco, ritmos exoticos , house y techno. Para él referentes como Ron Hardy o Larry Levan son una base solida en su estilo.
También incluimos para descargar una pequeña edit a cargo de John Talabot de los Jackson 5.

From now on we will upload some sets from artists from the label, friends or any set you send us and we like it.
It's a big honor for us to present you this first set of our blog from John Talabot, a mutant musical mix made of disco, house, techno, african rhythms and, distorison and dirty music.
John Talabot is our new artist in Hivern. We are very happy to release the tracks from this big artist managing the sample and his distorted drums, moreover the personality of his music made us very happy and special. His first release in Hivern is very close. In a few days it will appear his first track - la Cabanya- in a little digital compilation from the label. In the next months we will release too a 4 track ep and it will be followed by some remixes (with some little surprises on)
In this set John combine shis influencies mixing it all in a single trip. Old tracks and new tracks, edits, italo, disco, deep , house , techno, exotic moments, house and techno. For him people like Larry Levan or Ron Hardy are the highest value of a dj.
We include here a little Jackson's Five edit that he includes in this mix
